ABOUT THE STUDIO

Reformer Room is a small, professional Pilates studio created for those who value quality, a personalized approach, and a calm, refined environment.

The studio is equipped with two reformer machines, allowing for highly personalized sessions — without rush, without crowded groups, and with full attention to each client.

I believe that movement is the foundation of a healthy body and a balanced mind. That’s why every session is tailored to individual needs, regardless of fitness level or previous experience. I work with precision, control, and a deep understanding of body biomechanics to help improve posture, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Reformer Room is not just a workout — it’s a space to consciously take care of yourself, restore energy, and develop your body’s potential in a safe and professional environment.

Reformer Room is more than just a workout — it is a place where you can mindfully take care of yourself, recharge your energy, and develop your body’s potential in a safe and professional environment.

Each session is designed to:

  • improve posture
  • strengthen deep core muscles
  • reduce tension in the body

ABOUT ME

My journey into movement began at a moment when it was suddenly taken away from me.

In the summer of 2022, I completed a 7-day coastal hike from Liepāja to Cape Kolka (~200 km). After the hike, I started experiencing pain in one foot — it became swollen, and with each day, the situation worsened. Soon, I could no longer stand on it.

Despite visits to doctors, medication, and physiotherapy, there was no improvement. Over time, pain began in my other foot as well, and I ended up in a wheelchair. Those were physically and emotionally very difficult months, which made me reflect deeply — especially on how often we take our ability to move for granted.

After medical consultations, a diagnosis was made, and I began targeted treatment and rehabilitation. I had to learn to walk again and regain my balance.

This is not a story about hardship — it is a story about awareness. About how important movement is and how much it truly means in our lives.

This experience led me deeper into the world of movement — I began studying human anatomy, movement principles, and continuously developing my knowledge. At some point, I realized — this is what I want to do.

Today, I am a certified fitness and aerobics trainer who has completed Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer training and practice. My goal is to help others move better, more freely, and more mindfully.

Let’s move together — see you in class!
