Terms & Conditions of Reformer Room
1. General Terms
By booking a class, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Reservations
Classes can be booked online.
3. Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled no later than 12 hours before the class start time.
If a reservation is not cancelled in time, the class may be considered used.
4. Late Arrival
In case of late arrival, the class duration will not be extended.
5. Liability
The studio reserves the right to refuse service if the client does not comply with the rules.
6. Changes
The studio reserves the right to change the class schedule or instructor, informing the client in advance.
7. Clothing & Footwear
Clients must wear comfortable and fitted sportswear.
Clothing and hair must not contain sharp accessories or objects that may damage the equipment.
If clothing has zippers, they must be covered or protected.
Wearing large rings, long earrings, or other accessories with sharp surfaces during the class is not allowed.
Classes are held barefoot or with grip socks. Shoes must be removed upon entering the studio.
8. Personal Hygiene
Basic hygiene standards must be strictly followed.
Clients with contagious skin conditions are not allowed to attend the studio.
If a client has a non-contagious skin condition (e.g. allergic reaction), appropriate sports socks or clothing must be worn.
Please do not attend the studio if you have symptoms of illness.
9. Use of Equipment
Pilates equipment may only be used under the supervision of the instructor and in accordance with their instructions.
After use, equipment (including mats and surfaces) must be cleaned using the provided paper towels and cleaning products.
10. Visitor Identification
Studio staff has the right to request identification documents from visitors, and visitors are obliged to present them.
11. Health Condition & Responsibility
By registering for classes, the client confirms that they have received medical clearance to engage in physical activity.
By attending classes, the client assumes full responsibility for any potential health-related risks.
12. Prohibited Activities
The use of alcohol, tobacco products, or narcotic substances is strictly prohibited in the studio.
Entering the studio under the influence of such substances is not allowed.
